Framed prints

Framed prints are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including selecting the wrong size or frame option.

Unframed prints

Unframed prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All Hanbury prints are made to order and dispatched directly from our print partner.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 working days to the UK, Europe, the US and Canada.

Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 6–15 working days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, as each piece is produced individually to order.

All Hanbury prints are produced in the UK using an archival giclée process.

Framing is completed by specialist partners using high-quality materials and conservation-grade mounts.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, framing, and destination.
